Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased from Youbeya LLC. We are committed to fair and transparent practices. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Hosting Services (Shared, VPS, VDS, Dedicated)

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Before setup is initiated: A full refund is available if you cancel before we begin provisioning your server or hosting account.
  • After setup is initiated or completed: No refund is available for the current billing cycle. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
  • Cancellation for future cycles: Cancel at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period.

Annual Plans (if applicable)

  • A prorated refund may be issued for unused full months if you cancel within the first 30 days of an annual subscription. After 30 days, no refund is available for annual subscriptions.

2. Managed Server Services

Managed server services are billed monthly. Refunds follow the same policy as hosting services. No refund is available once service management activities for the billing period have commenced.

3. Custom Software Development

  • Before work begins: Full refund of any advance payment if you cancel before any development work, design work, or discovery sessions have been initiated.
  • During active development: A partial refund may be issued based on work completed relative to the total project scope, minus any documented expenses incurred. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • After project delivery and acceptance: No refund is available after the final deliverables have been accepted by the client (verbally or in writing) and the project has been closed.
  • Bug fix warranty period: Within the 3-month bug-fix warranty period, we will fix confirmed bugs at no additional cost. This does not constitute a refund trigger.

4. VIP Technical Support

VIP Support is billed monthly. Refunds are available only for service months not yet commenced. Once a billing month begins and support access has been granted, no refund is available for that month.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Domain registration or transfer fees
  • Third-party software licenses procured on your behalf
  • Setup fees (where explicitly communicated)
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

6. Service Failures by Youbeya

If a service failure is attributable to Youbeya (e.g., prolonged downtime beyond our SLA due to our own infrastructure failure), we will provide a service credit proportional to the downtime experienced. Credits are applied to future invoices and are not paid as cash refunds.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp at +1 307 459 1351 or email us at support@youbeya.com with:

  • Your full name and order/account details
  • The service you are requesting a refund for
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days of receipt.

8. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or you are unsatisfied with the resolution of your refund request, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through direct communication.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services following a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
